Dear user.

1. Navigate to the child contact page, find the contact whose main contact flag is ON, then that contact will be the main/primary contact for the child.

2. On checking your account, the email id “jngolden14@yahoo.com” belongs to the primary contact. Use this email address to log into iCare as the primary contact.
