iCare doesn't appear to be sending emails, either when a new account is setup or when a forgotten password process is done by parents. At least no emails are received and junk/spam has been checked.

On verifying the reported issues, we found that the email services are working fine. We request you to please provide us a few email addresses you are not receiving the emails for account setup and forgot password process.
