How can I obtain a receipt of charges and payments with the following information? Provider's name, service dates, dependent name, dependent date of birth, description of service, cost, and the care provider's tax ID

On the child ledger page, under the “Action” menu you can see the option for Email invoice, Email Payment Receipt, and Email/Print Statement.

Select the charges and click on the “Email Invoice” option. For selected charges, the email invoice will be sent to your mail.

Select the Payment and click on the Email Payment Receipt, then for payment receipt will be sent to your email address.

When you click on the Email/ Print option statement it will list the charges and payments. You can filter for the days you needed and also can print it by clicking on the print icon.
