Yes, both the iCare Password and the Lobby Password work in the Lobby. The Lobby Password will not work for iCare login.

The iCare Password can be retreived/reset through the Forgot Password feature in the iCare Login Window.

The Lobby Password can be retreived or changed through the Child Profile Page > Contact Tab.
