I paid for my account to go "live" be active ... my account was charged 2 times $26.00 and I received an error message - and my account is still not active and I need it to be active ASAP with GELDS integrated into my account as we discussed. I'm not happy right now because I need this account to be active for my parents and staff to check in / out tomorrow 9/4/2018

We really apologize for the inconvenience. There was a technical glitch in the My Account section due to the enhancements introduced recently.
As you were charged twice for the $26 payment, we have modified your subscription and have added one more month in your subscription plan. You will have to pay for your subscription renewal after two-months, on November 2, 2018.
