Clayton Youth Afterschool Program: registration and enrollment requirements.

REGISTRATION INSTRUCTIONS
- USE CHROME BROWSER ONLY
- DO NOT REFRESH OR CLOSE THE PAGE UNTIL DONE
- 1. Enter the first child in the Children Tab (For siblings, go straight to #6)
- 2. Enter the main contact in Contacts Tab
- 3. Complete the Registration Data Tab
- 4. Complete the Program/Class Enrollment Tab
- 5. If needed, repeat #2 for each additional contact
- 6. If needed, repeat #1, 3, and 4 for each sibling
- 7. Click on Done
- II. If there is an electronic document required during the registration.
- 4. After completing the Registration data (Step-3) you will be redirected to the child's profile page.
- 5. Fill/upload the electronic documents under the Electronic Documents section.
- 6. To enroll the child in a program/class, click on the ‘+’ icon on the Program/Class widget .
- 7. Click the ‘+’ icon on the Siblings widget to add siblings.
- 8. Click the ‘+’ icon on the Contacts widget to add additional contacts.
