Admin Role

Enhancements:

  1. Introduced a Walk-Thru of the application in iCare Sandbox. This would enable new users to learn the features and other functionalities of iCare application.
  2. A new module viz. Capacity Management has been introduced to manage the capacity of a center. When the Total Active Children (TAC) exceeds the Center Capacity (CC), all the features and Add Child button becomes inaccessible until the admin of the center modifies their subscription using the My Account page (new feature). The capacity of a center is dependent on the active children and center may have any number of inactive children while the active children should not exceed the capacity of the center.
  3. My Account is also a new feature using which the user modify the subscription of their center. The user may choose a subscription plan and avail discounts here. My Account page also provides the following information:

  2. Payment Information
  3. Transaction History
  1. Late Payment Fee (LPF) is a new feature introduced at Step-6 in Settings of the Getting Started process. LPF helps the admin to set up a fee for any late payments by parents of enrolled children on a preset threshold amount for both weekly/bi-weekly and monthly/bi-monthly payers.
  2. Add/Edit functionality is introduced in the master drop-down menus. Program / Enrollment Type, Relationship, and Mobile Carrier in the Add Child module and Assessment Type in Setting of Journal module. Using this functionality, the user may add/edit various options in the drop-down menu.
  3. Total Charges/Credits report and Billing Projection Summary have been introduced in this release.
  4. Report Center: (Aging Report)
  • Aging Report is a secondary report introduced to create reports of the transactions of a center for a particular period of time. (e.g., the Aging report can be used to generate a report of all the transactions from, 15 June to 15 July or Wednesday to next Thursday.)

Bug Fixes:

  1. Issues on the welcome page and the Quick Tips pop-up, for new iCare users, are resolved.
  2. Issues in the parental rights for enrollment are resolved.
  3. Issues in getting started process have been resolved.
  4. Bugs in Add Sibling module are fixed in this release.  
  5. Bugs in Add Contact module are also fixed in this release.
  6. Issues in the enrollment pop-up in Add Child module are resolved.
  7. Bugs in future scheduling and enrollments have been fixed in this release.
  8. Report Center: (Staff Payroll Report)
  • Staff Payroll Report has been modified to make it easier to filter,
  1. A separate filter dropdown for choosing daily or weekly overtime has been added.
  2. Filtering for reporting period has also been enhanced and made similar to other reports.
  1. Attendance validations and search criteria have been refined.
  2. Bugs in the Signup process are fixed.
  3. Email templates in support forum are revised and now, you have access to a new set of templates.
  4. A few changes are introduced in the iCare website to make the user interaction feasible.
  5. Few issues in the iCare Sandbox were resolved.

 

Parent Role

Enhancements:

  1. No major enhancements.

Bug fixes:

  1. Issues on the welcome page and the Quick Tips pop-up, are resolved.
  2. Bugs in the Add Sibling module are fixed in this release.
  3. Bugs in the Add Contact module are also fixed.
  4. Issues in the enrollment pop-up in Add Child module were resolved.
  5. Bugs in future enrollment of children and schedules have been fixed with this release.

 

Teacher Role

Enhancements:

  1. A welcome message has been introduced for new staff sign ups.
  2. No major enhancements in the teacher portal.

Bug fixes:

  1. Bugs in the Signup process are fixed in this release.
  2. Bugs in the Login process are also resolved.
  3. Add Staff button has been removed from the Staff index page.

 

iCare Lobby

Enhancements:

  1. Parents of inactive children will not be able to log in to the iCare Lobby.
  2. Few design enhancements have been introduced in the Lobby to enhance the user experience.

Bug fixes:

  1. Bugs in the Forgot Password option have been fixed.
  2. Bugs in the Close Lobby option are also fixed in this release.
  3. Lobby password is now editable on Step – 7 of the Settings page.
  4. Issues with the login restrictions in the iCare lobby for secondary contacts of a child are also resolved.
